Moody’s Movement LLC is a real estate investment company, we buy, sell, and rehab properties. Rehabbing properties and helping clients buy their first home is my passion. Buying or selling a home can be stressful. There are many things to consider: financing, location, taxes, and insurance are some of the initial concerns.
Our goal is to help a complex process become simple. We are eager to help people get their dream home, investment property, or rental. We guide with the proper preparation for a smooth transaction, we have created a system to ensure the process is enjoyable.
We are building great rapport along the way that creates lasting relationships. Our Principal knew early in life he didn’t want to be a renter, so he purchased his first property at 19, today he is still driven by the thrill of owning properties. Owning real estate has many advantages: you can use the equity to help you get to the next level in life by building wealth and passing on wealth to the next generation.
Moody’s Movement owns real estate in multiple states, and currently has a healthy real estate investment portfolio. We believe in the motto “The sky’s the limit”. Moody’s Movement is licensed NJ and will be Licensed in PA very soon
